We first encountered Andromeda, enveloped in its infinite beauty, thanks to a trail of bright, enchanting stars, during a hike through the Sibillini Mountains, located in a little-known but enchanting part of our beautiful country. We were looking for a natural and spontaneous event that could be considered a true miracle of Mother Nature. In these silent mountains, an almost supernatural ritual takes place every year: the flowering.
Between the end of May and the beginning of July, the plateau of Castelluccio witnesses this important event. For several weeks, the chromatic monotony of the pastures is broken by a mosaic of colors from yellow ochre to red. Although the Fiorita (Flowers) festival takes place on the third and last Sunday of June, there is no specific day to enjoy this enchanting spectacle. Each year it is at the mercy of the seasonal weather and you need to know how to look for it, because not everyone can find our scent.
The types of flowers that color the Pian Grande (great plain) and Pian Perduto (lost plain) during this period are countless. Walking along the paths you will encounter: gentians, daffodils, pansies, poppies, buttercups, narcissus, purple eugenias, trefoils, shamrocks and much more. During this walk along the paths of Pian Perduto, in respectful silence towards the lush nature around you, you will be intoxicated by the scents and colors that fill not only the eyes, but also the heart and soul. On summer nights, in a Spartan bivouac by a crackling fire, the gaze wanders over the red embers of the fire, and with it the soul begins to soar towards the great sky full of twinkling stars.
A bouquet of citrus and fresh aromas exudes sparkling notes of ylang-ylang and jasmine water. A gentle freshness that surrounds you and stays with you all day. A fragrance with a discreet but firm personality, ignited by memories of pear nectar and white heliotrope, wrapped in the sweetness of powdered sugar, cocoa and milk. The power of places is contained in this precious ampoule of nectar, making you relive a dream every time you put it on.
