Order and Return of goods.
In order to avoid cases of fraud, when delivering the Goods, the person delivering it has the right to request an identity document from the Recipient, as well as to indicate the type and number of the document provided by the Recipient on the receipt for the Order. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the Recipient's personal data.
The ownership of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer from the moment of transfer of the Goods and the latter's payment of the full cost of the Goods.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods shall pass to the Buyer at the moment of transfer of the Goods to him and the signature of the Recipient of the Order in the documents confirming delivery and familiarization with the sample. In case of non-delivery of the Goods, the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for the cost of the Order prepaid by the Buyer and delivery in full after receiving confirmation from the Delivery Service of the loss of the Goods or their return to the Seller's warehouse.
The cost of delivery of each Order is calculated individually, based on the region and method of delivery, as well as (if necessary) the form of payment, and is indicated on the Website at the last stage of placing the Order.
The Seller's obligation to transfer the Goods to the Buyer is considered fulfilled at the moment of delivery of the Goods to the Recipient or receipt of the Goods from a representative of the courier company, including at the pick-up points of courier companies or at the terminals of courier companies.
Upon receipt of the Order from the courier company, the Recipient is obliged to inspect the delivered Goods and open them in the presence of a representative of the courier company to check the Goods for compliance with the declared quantity, range and completeness of the Goods, as well as to check the service life of the delivered Goods and the integrity of the packaging. In the event of any claims regarding the delivered Goods (shortage, inclusion of Goods different from those specified in the inventory of the shipment, difference between the delivered Goods and the sample with which the Recipient has familiarized himself, manufacturing defects, other claims), at the direction of the Recipient, the representative of the courier company shall draw up a Report on the identified discrepancies, signed by the Buyer and the representative of the courier company. If the Recipient has not made any claims in the above manner, the Seller shall be deemed to have fully and properly fulfilled its obligation to transfer the Goods. This condition does not apply to the delivery of orders to the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic if the representative of the courier company directly refuses to open the packaging, since an agreement for the provision of postal services has been concluded between the Seller and the courier company.
In the event of a return of the Goods delivered by a courier company due to the existence of claims regarding the Goods, the Recipient is obliged to attach the following documents to the shipment containing the returned Goods:
application for refund of funds;
a copy of the report on identified discrepancies;
a copy of the payment receipt;
a copy of the shipment inventory.
The recipient, having confirmed the intention to purchase the Goods by signing the acceptance certificate or the Goods delivery receipt, thereby confirms that he/she has directly examined the sample of the Goods before making the purchase.
When accepting the Goods from the courier, the Recipient is obliged to inspect the delivered Goods and check them for compliance with the declared quantity, assortment and completeness of the Goods, compliance with the sample of the Goods, and also check the expiration date of the delivered Goods and the integrity of the packaging. In the absence of claims for the delivered Goods, the Buyer signs the "Delivery Receipt" and pays for the Order (in the absence of 100% prepayment). The signature on the delivery documents indicates that the Recipient has not made any claims for the Goods and the Seller has fully and properly fulfilled its obligation to transfer the Goods.
You can check the date and time with the manager who contacts the Buyer to confirm the Order.
Return of goods and money
Perfumery and cosmetic products are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the List of non-food products of proper quality that cannot be exchanged for a similar product, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated 12.10.1998 under number 667.
Return of goods of inadequate quality.
A product of inadequate quality is a product that contains defects. A product defect is its non-compliance with the mandatory requirements provided by law, or the terms of the Agreement, or the purposes for which such a product is usually used, or the purposes of which the Seller was informed by the Buyer when concluding the Agreement.
The received Goods must correspond to the description on the Site. Differences in design elements or decoration from the description stated on the Site are not a sign of inadequate quality.
The appearance and completeness of the Goods, as well as the completeness of the entire Order, must be checked by the Buyer at the time of delivery.
Upon delivery of the Goods, the Buyer signs the delivery receipt, thereby confirming the fact of familiarization with the sample of the goods, completeness and absence of claims regarding the quantity and appearance of the goods. After receiving the Goods, claims regarding external defects of the goods, their quantity, completeness and presentation will not be accepted.
If the Buyer has been given a Product of inadequate quality and nothing else has been agreed upon in advance by the Seller, the Buyer has the right to use the provisions of Article 16 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic dated 10.12.1997 No. 90 “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” (hereinafter referred to as the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights).
Lost or Not Received Items Policy:
- You must notify us immediately by email, phone or WhatsApp, quoting your order number and including a copy of the order in the message.
- We are investigating with the shipping company. If the shipping company admits to their mistake in not delivering, we will refund you the full amount after the shipping company reimburses us for the lost goods.
- If the shipping company does not admit its mistake, you will not be refunded and we will consider you responsible for it. More and more often, there are situations where dishonest customers receive parcels and claim that they did not receive them.
Pricing policy of our products:
- All prices of our products are indicated with taxes in US Dollars (USD). Prices can also be converted to Rubles and Kyrgyz Soms if you use this option on our website, but you only buy in US Dollars (USD).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- If you see prices lower than usual, it is not counterfeit. We sell only original goods and oppose counterfeiting, which destroys the market. A low price may mean a promotion or sale.
- We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an order if our website manager has made a mistake when entering a product, including a price that does not correspond to the prices in our physical store. Mistakes happen to everyone, so thank you for your understanding.
Our product image and description policy:
- Description may be limited. Please contact us if you need more information about the product.
- All images are for informational purposes only and are not contractual.
- The quantity in millimeters or grams of the product depends only on the option you choose. If you choose a product with the option "quantity 50 ml", and the product photo shows 100 ml, this does not mean that you will receive 100 ml. You will receive 50 ml, since this is the format you chose.
- Some perfume images may change over time, please contact us if in doubt.
Allergy to product:
Please notify us of any allergies immediately before purchasing. We will provide you with a list of product ingredients that you can give to your doctor if necessary.
We will not refund you if you return an opened product due to an allergy, even if you were allergic without knowing it. You must take such precautions yourself.
Origin and legality of our products:
We guarantee that all products sold on Bestfor.Beauty / dior.com / parfum.com are original, tested and certified in accordance with the current standards: Kyrgyzstan. We are committed to providing our customers with high quality products.
The origin of the goods depends on the product; some of them come from France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and so on.
All our products are suitable for use and sale in Kyrgyzstan; you should check whether our products are suitable for use in your country.
Our products guarantee:
If you receive a product that is already opened or broken, you should notify us immediately, after which we will investigate with the manufacturer and refund your money if it is justified. In any case, you have the right to contact the manufacturer of the product, as they almost always refund money in such cases.
We do not provide refunds if the product is not to your taste or if it does not give you the results you want.
Production date and expiration date:
Most of our products were manufactured this year, others were manufactured last year or in previous years.
All our products have a shelf life of 1-3 years after opening.
