History of Perfumery
Japanese Prince Asaka Jasuhiko commissioned French artist René Lalique to create four impressive glass doors for his palace in Tokyo. René Lalique took on the project and created beautifully designed decorations adorned with silhouettes of winged female figures.
In the 1980s, the palace became a museum in the capital, where you can still admire the masterpieces of this exceptional artist. It was these glass doors that served as the inspiration for the creation of the Lalique L'Amour perfume bottle, created in honor of René Lalique's love for women and flowers.
